Description
The AES, POSCO Energy and Stable Investment are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 30% and 19% respectively.
It is a steam turbine power plant. The fuel is procured from Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin).
The project cost is $2,100m.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Vietnam Electricity under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years, starting from 2015.
