Mueang Ranong Biomass Power Plant is a 23MW biopower project. It is planned in Ranong, Thailand. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in December 2021.

The project cost is expected to be around $56.772m.
The process of combustion will be adopted in this project to release the stored energy from the feed. Municipal solid waste and wood by-product will be used as a feedstock to power the project.
