Description

The project is currently owned by Board of Water, Electric, and Communications Trustees of the City of Muscatine, Iowa with a stake of 100%.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is subbituminous. In case of shortage of subbituminous the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from Natural Gas Pipeline Co. of America.
