The project was developed by Vindkraft Kalanchak and Vindkraft Ukraina. The project is currently owned by Vindkraft Kalanchak.
The project generates 574.6MWh electricity thereby offsetting 570,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $351.007m.

Vestas Wind Systems was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 39 units of V150-4.2 MW turbines, each with 4.2MW nameplate capacity.
