Description

The project was developed by Canadian Solar and Manni Energy. The project is currently owned by Sonnedix Power Holdings with a stake of 100%.

Naro Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 52 hectares.

The project generates 34,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 12,000 households, offsetting 17,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $19.768m.

The project consists of 51,000 modules.

Development Status

The project construction commenced in 2019 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in February 2020.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to TrailStone under a power purchase agreement for a period of 10 years from 2020. The contracted capacity is 17.6MW.

Contractors Involved

Manni Energy was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

ABB supplied 80 of its PVS-175 inverters to the project site.

Manni Energy is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project, commencing from the year 2020.
