Description
The project is currently owned by Wisconsin Power and Light.
It is a Gas Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from ANR Pipeline.
The project generated 49,075MWh of electricity.

The project got commissioned in May 2000.
Contractors Involved
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 2 units of 7F.04 gas turbines, each with 185.5MW nameplate capacity.
GE Power supplied Hydrogen Cooled electric generator for the project.
