Globeleq Mesoamerica Energy has announced financial closure of its Alisios wind projects, which includes four 20MW windfarms in Costa Rica.
The $149m financing for the development of the projects was provided by the Netherlands Development Finance Company FMO ($70.2m), Proparco ($53m) and Oesterreichische Entwicklungsbank AG($13.125m).

A $13.125m B loan was also jointly provided by FMO, Triodos Bank NV, and Oikocredit International.
