OSM Solar Corp has negotiated an agreement to combine assets with Solarform Canada, to help increase its presence in North America.

Solarform Canada will receive up to a 50% ownership of OSM Solar in exchange for assets and a significant revenue stream under the deal.

OSM Solar will now become OSM Solarform Corporation and manufacture both Symphony Energy and Juli New Energy PV solar panel systems for North America.
