SunTergrid has finalised the sale of Nuova Rete Solare (NRS) to RTR Holding III for €264m.
Under the terms of the multi-annual contracts, SunTergrid’s parent company Terna will provide maintenance, surveillance and monitoring for all NRS-owned plants.
