Description

The project is developed and owned by Oji Holdings.

The project generates 150GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 40,000 households. The project cost is $87.166m.

Wood by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in March 2015.

Contractors Involved

Sumitomo Heavy Industries supplied steam boiler for the project. The boiler installed at the site has a capacity of 100TPH. The temperature witnessed inside the boiler is around 541°C. The steam is pressurized inside the boiler at 10.3MPa.
