The project was developed by Ningxia Datang International Qingtongxia Wind Power and is currently owned by China Datang.
The project generates 91,872MWh electricity thereby offsetting 82,352t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The project has 80m high towers.
Contractors Involved
Harbin Electric Wind Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 24 units of XE96-2000 turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.
