Nizhnevartovskaya GRES-Unit 3 is a 413MW gas fired power project. It is located in Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Russia. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in April 2014.

The project was developed by NVGRES Holding. Inter RAO UES and Rosneft are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 74.99% and 25.01% respectively.
It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is gas. In case of shortage of gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from TNK-BP Limited.
The project cost is $510.881m.
The project got commissioned in April 2014.
LLC Inter Rao Engineering and Technopromexport were selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 1 unit of D12 steam turbine.
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 1 unit of PG9351 (FA) gas turbine.
GE Power supplied 324H electric generator for the project.
GE Power supplied 9A5 electric generator for the project.
