Description
The project was developed by Nobles 2 Power Partners and Project Resources. The project is currently owned by Nobles 2 Power Partners.
The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 772,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $400m.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Minnesota Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years from 2020. The contracted capacity is 250MW.

M. A. Mortenson was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The wind power project consists of 74 turbines.
Vestas Wind Systems is the O&M contractor for the wind power project, commencing from the year 2020.
