Generation Equipment stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the North America region in December 2019 with 67 tenders and a 46.5% share, followed by T&D Equipment with 49 tenders and a 34% share and Energy Storage with 15 tenders and a 10.4% share during the month.
The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:
- Supply & Erection: 33 tenders and a 49.3% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: 32 tenders and a 47.8% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: two tenders and a 3% share.
