T&D Equipment stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the North America region in Q3 2021 with 295 tenders and a 40.5% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 278 tenders and a 38.1% share and Power Plant with 45 tenders and a 6.2% share during the quarter.
The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 36 tenders and an 80% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: five tenders and an 11.1% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: three tenders and a 6.7% share
