- Power Purchase Agreement with 64 contracts and a 58.2% share
- Project Implementation: 28 contracts and a 25.5% share
- Supply & Erection: 14 contracts and a 12.7% share
- Electricity Supply: three contracts and a 2.7% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: one contract and a 0.9% share.
The US tops North America solar power contracts activity
The US was the top country in the North America region for solar technology contracts recorded in Q2 2021 with 98 contracts and an 89.1% share, followed by Canada with eight contracts and a 7.3% share and with two contracts and a 1.8% share.

North America solar technology contracts in Q2 2021: Top issuers by capacity
The top issuers of contracts for the quarter in terms of power capacity involved in North America were:
- SB Energy (Japan): 649MW from one contract
- AEP Energy (United States): 480MW from one contract
- Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners KS (Denmark) and Greengate Power (Canada): 465MW capacity from one contract.
