O Mon Power Plant I is a 660MW gas fired power project. It is located in Can Tho, Vietnam. The project is currently active. It has been developed in multiple phases. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in July 2009.

The project was developed by DL, Lilama, Mitsubishi Power and Sojitz. The project is currently owned by Evngenco 2 with a stake of 100%.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil.
The project generated 360,000MWh of electricity.
The project got commissioned in July 2009.
DL, Lilama, Mitsubishi Power and Sojitz were selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
Mitsubishi Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project.
