It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Oil.
The project got commissioned in 1946.
Ural Turbine Works was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 3 units of T 110-130 steam turbines, each with 110MW nameplate capacity.
NPO Elsib supplied TVF-120-2, TVF-110-2E, Hydrogen Cooled electric generator for the project.
Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik supplied steam boiler for the project.
