Description

The project is co-owned by Eesti Energia and Nelja Energia, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

The project generates 52,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 21,000 households, offsetting 49,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $47.08m.

Contractors Involved

GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 18 units of 2.5-100 turbines, each with 2.5MW nameplate capacity.

GE Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 10 years.
