Palomar Energy Power Plant (Palomar Energy Power Plant Unit II) is equipped with GE Power 7F.04 gas turbine. The phase consists of 1 gas turbine with 165MW nameplate capacity.

Palomar Energy Power Plant (Palomar Energy Power Plant Unit III) is equipped with GE Power D11 steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 229MW nameplate capacity.
