The project is developed and owned by Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products.

The project cost is $133.377m.

The process of combustion has been adopted in this combined heat and power (CHP) project to release the stored energy from the feed. Wood waste which is a kind of wood by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.

The project consists of 1 turbine with 40.3MW nameplate capacity.
