The project is currently owned by Pitangueiras Acucar e Alcool with a stake of 100%.
The project generates 96.48MWh of electricity. The project cost is $113.088m.
Bagasse which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.

Contractors Involved
Turbine Generator Maintenance was selected as the steam turbine supplier for the project. The company supplied Backpressure Turbine model turbines for the project.
Equipalcool Sistemas supplied steam boiler for the project. The boiler installed at the site has a capacity of 100TPH.WEG supplied the electric generator for the project.
