The project is being developed by AusNet Services and Countrywide Renewable Energy. AusNet Services, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, Countrywide Renewable Energy, Deakin University, Glenelg Shire Council and ITM Power are currently owning the project.
