Jebba is a run-of-river project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 3,900 million cubic meter. The net head of the project is 27.6m. The total number of penstocks, pipes or long channels that carry water down from the hydroelectric reservoir to the turbines inside the actual power station, are 6 in number. The penstock diameter is 10m. Jebba (Jebba_Rehabilitated Unit 2G6) underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2023.
