PacifiCorp and Idaho Power are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 66.67% and 33.33% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is subbituminous. In case of shortage of subbituminous the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Jim Bridger Mine, Bridger Mine, Wyoming Mine.
