Description
The project is being developed by Total Eren. Total Eren, National Company KazMunayGas and Samruk-Kazyna are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60%, 20% and 20% respectively.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 1,000,000 households, to offset 3,500,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The wind power project consists of 200 turbines.
Development status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2026.
