Springdale Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 190 hectares.
The project is expected to generate 230,000GWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 37,000 households. The project is expected to offset 123,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $119.745m.
The solar power project consists of 260,000 modules.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2024. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2025.
