Description

The project is being developed by Zhanatas Wind Power Station. China Power International Holding and Visor Investment Cooperatief UA are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 80% and 20% respectively.

The project is expected to generate 356,400MWh electricity to offset 261,699t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $140.148m.

Contractors involved

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company is expected to supply GW 155-4.5 model turbines for the project.
