Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Groupe VALECO, Intervent and WindVision France. The company’s ownership stake in the project stands as 40%, 40% and 20% respectively.
The project is expected to generate 160,900MWh electricity to offset 122,462t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $80.35m.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2023.
Contractors Involved
Quintefeuilles Wind Farm (Quintefeuilles Wind Farm I) will be equipped with Enercon turbines. The phase consists of 15 turbines, each with 3MW nameplate capacity.
Quintefeuilles Wind Farm (Quintefeuilles Wind Farm II) will be equipped with Enercon turbine. The phase consists of 1 turbine with 2.35MW nameplate capacity.
Enercon is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the wind power project for a period of 15 years.
