The project is developed by Independence Wind and Wagner Forest Management. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.

The project generates 122,100MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 19,500 households, offsetting 70,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $125m.
