Revin, France

Revin is a pumped storage project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 8.3 million cubic meter. The gross head of the project is 240m.

The project got commissioned in 1976.

Contractors Involved

GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 4 units of francis turbines, each with 200MW nameplate capacity.

GE Renewable Energy supplied 2 electric generators for the project. The generator capacity is 200 MVA.
