Description
The project is being developed by G7 renewable energies and Rietkloof Wind Farm. Others, H1 Holdings, Red Rocket South Africa and Jade-Sky Energy are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 43.05%, 26.4%, 25.55% and 5% respectively.
The project is expected to generate 558,222MWh of electricity.

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in March 2024.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Eskom Holdings SOC under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.
