Rinkai MSW Power Plant is a 25MW biopower project. It is located in Fukuoka, Japan. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in March 2001.

Hitachi supplied steam boiler for the project. The boiler installed at the site has a capacity of 900TPH.
