The project is currently owned by Isagen.
Rio Amoya is a run-of-river project. The gross head and net head of the project are 520m and 518.4m respectively. The project generated 510 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $105m.
The project has 2 electric generators installed at the site. The generator capacity is 45.7 MVA.

Contractors Involved
Voith Hydro Holding was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 2 units of pelton turbines, each with 40MW nameplate capacity.
