The project was developed by Bester Generacion SLU and Good Energy Group.
Rose Cottage Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 56 hectares.
The project generates 29,500MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 7,000 households. The project cost is $33.085m.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in October 2014.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Statkraft under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years.
Contractors Involved
Bester Generacion SLU was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
JinkoSolar Holding was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 113,800 modules at the site.
The inverters were procured from ABB for the project.
Bester Generacion SLU is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project, commencing from the year 2014.
