Description

The project was developed by Falck Renewables Wind and is currently owned by Eolica Sud.

The project generates 180,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 70,000 households, offsetting 100,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Contractors Involved

San Sostene (San Sostene 1) is equipped with GE Renewable Energy GE77 1.5 MW turbines. The phase consists of 28 turbines with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.

San Sostene (San Sostene 2) is equipped with Nordex N80 (2.5 MW) turbines. The phase consists of 15 turbines with 2.5MW nameplate capacity.

GE Renewable Energy and Nordex were contracted to render operations & maintenance services for the project.
