The project is being developed and currently owned by Hidreletrica Santa Branca.

The gross head and net head of the project will be 42.1m and 41.04m respectively. The project cost is expected to be around $75.969m.

The project will have 2 electric generators installed at the project site. The generator capacity is likely to be 34.44 MVA.
