Description

The project was developed by ABO Wind and Grupo Ibereolica Renovables. Grupo Ibereolica Renovables and Grupo Ortiz are currently owning the project.

The project generates 110,100MWh electricity thereby offsetting 440,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 25 units of G97-2.0 MW turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 10 years.
