SAPP Solar Power Project is a 76MW solar PV power project. It is planned in Attapu, Laos. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2023 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2024.

SAPP Solar Power Project is a ground-mounted solar project.
The project is expected to generate 128,000MWh electricity to offset 47,900t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $96.912m.
The project construction is expected to commence from 2023. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2024.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Electricite du Laos under a power purchase agreement for a period of 30 years. The offtake capacity is expected to be 50MW.
