Description

The project was developed by Suzlon Infrastructure Services and is currently owned by Reliance Innoventures with a stake of 100%.

The project generates 90,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 33,771 households, offsetting 80,937t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Development Status

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in December 2007.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors Involved

Suzlon Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 30 units of S82-1.5 MW turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.

Suzlon Infrastructure Services is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
