The project is being developed by Serrote II Geracao de Energia Eletrica and is currently owned by Quadran Brasil.
Serrote II Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 91.09 hectares.
The project cost is expected to be around $42.568m.
Development Status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.
Contractors Involved
Canadian Solar will be the supplier of the PV modules for the solar power project. The company is expected to provide 108,000 modules each with 355W of nameplate capacity.
Ingeteam Corporacion is likely to be the supplier of 20 inverters to the project site.
The project will utilise trackers likely to be supplied by Soltec Brazil.
