Description
The project was developed by Shandong Luneng Group and is currently owned by Shaanxi Luneng Jingbian Wind Power.
The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 83,073t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $65.408m.
