Description
The project is currently owned by Oklahoma Gas and Electric with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Subbituminous.
The project generated 1,889,385MWh of electricity.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in September 1990.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Oklahoma Gas and Electric under a power purchase agreement for a period of 27 years, starting from 1991.
