The project is developed and owned by Shandong Luneng Group.
The project generates 79,950MWh electricity thereby offsetting 77,091t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $75m.

Contractors Involved
Dongfang Electric was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 28 units of FD82C-1500 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
