Description
The project was developed by Shanxi Luguang Power. Anhui Wenergy, Gemeng International Energy and Banpu Power Investment (China) are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 35%, 35% and 30% respectively.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The fuel is procured from Gaohe mine, Luan mine.
The project cost is $755m.
