The project is developed and owned by Jilin Songjianghe River Hydropower Construction.
Shilong is a run-of-river project. The net head of the project is 32m. The project generated 124.44 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $74.53m.
Development Status

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Central China Grid under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
Addnew Hydropower Limited & Addnew Technologies was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 2 units of kaplan turbines, each with 35MW nameplate capacity.
Addnew Hydropower Limited & Addnew Technologies supplied 2 electric generators for the project. The generator capacity is 35 MVA.
