Description

The project was developed by China Energy Engineering.

The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 193,506t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $100.465m.

The process of combustion has been adopted in this project to release the stored energy from the feed. Agricultural by-product and municipal solid waste are used as a feedstock to power the project.

The project consists of 2 turbines, each with 15MW nameplate capacity.

The project got commissioned in 2010.
