The project is developed and owned by Explotaciones Eolicas Sierra Costera.
The project generates 92,412MWh electricity thereby offsetting 3,604,068t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $88.373m.

Contractors Involved
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 48 units of G58-850 kW turbines, each with 0.85MW nameplate capacity.
