Description
The project was developed by Green Energy 3000 and is currently owned by Wattner with a stake of 100%.
Sietzsch Solar Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 33 acres.
The project generates 11,589.72MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 3,300 households. The project cost is $42.345m.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in December 2010.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to envia Verteilnetz under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2010.
Contractors Involved
The solar PV modules for the project were supplied by BP Solar International and IBC Solar.
Converteam supplied 8 of its PSC-525-MV-L-QC inverters to the project site.
