Description

The project is developed and owned by Silicon Ranch.

Silicon Ranch-Hazlehurst Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 135 acres.

The project generates 43,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 3,000 households, offsetting 30,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $69.421m.

The project consists of 87,514 modules.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in December 2015.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Green Power EMC under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years from 2015. The contracted capacity is 20MW.

Phoenix Solar was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
